Poolside Yoga
July 9 through August 20, 2025 Wednesdays & Fridays @ 7:30am Instructor: NPA member Therese McAllister What to expect: Start your morning with a gentle and energizing yoga session by the pool! Poolside Yoga combines basic yoga movements that stretch and strengthen muscles, enhance mobility, and improve overall well-being. No experience is required—this class is designed for all fitness levels. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. Note: Classes may be canceled in the event of wet or unsafe surfaces. WERQ Dance Fitness
June 5 through August 21, 2025 Thursdays @ 7pm; 60 minutes: NPA Parking Lot What to expect: Expect to SWEAT and burn around 500-900 calories each hour of WERQ! All dance and fitness abilities welcome. Wear workout clothes and gym shoes and bring your water bottle and a towel! WERQ (pronounced “work”) is the fiercely fun dance fitness workout based on pop and hip hop music.
