Monday: Power Yoga: 45 min This class focuses on strength and flexibility using moves such as the warrior poses, sun salutations, etc. Expect your heart rate to rise as we move through extended strength holds and focus on core and back strength.

Wednesday: HIIT Strength: 30 min This class is a half hour of interval training utilizing body weight exercises such as squats, lunges, push ups, etc. The goal is to increase heart rate and build lean muscle mass. |
Friday: Yoga Flow: 45 min This class focuses on flexibility using moves to improve mobility. Using purposeful breathing we focus on moves that will open your hips and other areas improving ease of movement through all of your activities of daily living. A relaxation/meditation session will occur at the end of each class to help you reset your energy and improve mental clarity.
